Recently purchased a car from Al/James. Nice set up/office. Neither Al or James was pushy about sales, allowed me to take the car out no problem. Al really has attention to detail and I felt confident.

We brought our ford focus from them this morning and wow what can I say from the very beginning to the end outstanding customer service. Met us as early as we wanted ran us through everything from start to finish. Would definitely highly recommend this company. Over the moon with our car thanks again.

Purchased a Ford Focus Ecoboost from James and Alan. Could not be happier with it. I didn't get any pushy sales jargon, in fact quite the opposite. As a single woman buying a car I just wanted something safe and reliable.
